Delivery Policy

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive the tracking details where applicable.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.
Important: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. In case the perfume bottle or packaging arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for further details.
